Locked up track

I KNOW THIS SOUNDS BAD BUT, DID YOU CHECK THE E BRAKE OR ANY OF THE BRAKE COMPONENTS?
GOOD LUCK
It could be chaincase problems or axle bearings too. You don't have what sleds you have, but most chaincases are on the right side. To get to it you need to remove the exhaust to get to it. Check the oil level first, most sleds have a dipstick in the chaincase. If the oil level is OK, see if the magnet that is on the dipstick has lots of gunk on it. To take the cover off, drain the oil or just put a pan under the sled and remove the cover bolts. Check the chain, gears, and adjuster. Back the adjuster bolt out and remove the chain. See if you can turn the jackshaft from the clutch, if you can lift up the sled and see if you can turn the track yet. This will should determine where the problem might be. Good Luck
I have 2 trail touring (two-ups)that I keep around for kids to ride and play on. Last weekend we went riding and one of the trail sleds had an issue. After taking a break we started to head out and the track would not move. The engine would rev up and the clutch would engage, but the track would not move, at all. We removed the belt and towed the sled back to the sno-park. The track never broke free and remained locked up all the way down the mountain. What caused this to happen??????
